With a solid leadership background, Brian brings big time experience to his position as president of HBI. He has overseen HBI’s association division for the past six years and has expanded the company’s presence in the association market place. Today he takes his knowledge and experience to a whole new level as he leads HBI towards becoming an industry leader.

Mike, CMO has a stellar insurance career that spans over 30 years. He has held leadership positions at Cigna, the Reich Group and JLT; most recently, the role of EVP, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for Pearl Insurance in Illinois. Mike brings an exemplary skill set of success in Talent Management/Development, B2B and B2C Sales and Marketing, Strategic Planning and Product Innovation. Mike is active in the insurance industry, actively participating in the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (Past President, 2001), American Institute of Professional Association Group Insurance Administrators, Direct Marketing Association and Target Markets.
As a business developer, Ralph evaluates and manages insurance programs from all perspectives, including the sponsor, consumer/end-user, the insurance company and the broker-administrator. Ralph has a full-working knowledge of all aspects of member benefit programs, including service, marketing, financial, and products. Past positions include Group VP at New York Life, SVP at Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group Services, AVP at Mutual of New York, AVP at Marsh Affinity, and Managing Principal at Creekmore Livingston.

Barb has over 25 years of experience in an office setting. 8 of those years have been as an Administrative Assistant. She is available to answer inbound customer service calls, record premium payments and focus on the details of the HBI office and staff.
Kim brings 30 plus years of insurance industry experience to our team. She has worn many hats over the years. Underwriting, sales, marketing and customer service to name a few. Her experience and knowledge make her a very valued team member. She is customer service orientated and strives to assist association members with their insurance needs as well as keeping informed of our insurance programs. She handles new business, policy change, billing, payments and premium remittance to insurance carriers.
Mike J. Hagan
Mike has more than three decades of insurance marketing, including work as a door to door debit salesperson, regional marketing manager and association marketing manager for national insurance organizations. Founding the company that’s core business was serving association groups. He expanded the business into the administration of risk retention liability and workers’ compensation programs for cities and counties, fully insured health, life, disability dental and prescription drug programs, as well as property and casualty division and pension services. Today he provides HBI with unsurpassed knowledge in the industry.
