With a solid leadership background, Brian brings big time experience to his position as president of HBI. |Ralph W. Temple, CLU
As a business developer, Ralph evaluates and manages insurance programs from all perspectives, including the sponsor, consumer/end-user, the insurance company and the broker-administrator. Ralph has a full-working knowledge of all aspects of member benefit programs, including service, marketing, financial, and products. Past positions include Group VP at New York Life, SVP at Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group Services, AVP at Mutual of New York, AVP at Marsh Affinity, and Managing Principal at Creekmore Livingston.
|Michael P. Barron, JD, CLU
Michael has over 35 years of experience in Association Group Marketing. He earned his C.L.U. while working as a Regional Manager for C.N.A. Insurance in Chicago. Prior to founding Cranbury and Associates, Michael was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Commercial Life Insurance, a division of Continental Insurance, and later Unum Corporation. Today he brings his experience to HBI to lead the development of Insurance and marketing programs.
|Christa Lee, CISR
Christa has over 18 year of experience in the insurance industry. Her vast knowledge allows her to work diligently to help association member with their insurance needs. In addition, she’s the person to turn to for new business quotes, application submission, and policy issuance. In her spare time, she assists with accounting for premium remittance to insurance carriers.
Sara has been in customer service for over 15 years, 10 of which came in the insurance industry. She works directly with members to help with their insurance needs by providing new business quotes, application submission, and policy issuance.
Nicole is a 14-year veteran of marketing and graphic design. In the past 4 years, she has helped develop the marketing department at HBI. Nicole works directly with associations to tailor a marketing action plan specific to them while helping to develop new insurance programs.
|Mike J. Hagan
Mike has more than three decades of insurance marketing, including work as a door to door debit salesperson, regional marketing manager and association marketing manager for national insurance organizations. Founding the company that’s core business was serving association groups. He expanded the business into the administration of risk retention liability and workers’ compensation programs for cities and counties, fully insured health, life, disability dental and prescription drug programs, as well as property and casualty division and pension services. Today he provides HBI with unsurpassed knowledge in the industry.
